Fried Milk
1.
Put the milk, cornflour, and sugar in a pot to make a powder-free milk syrup, stir and cook over medium-low heat until thick and solid, turn off the heat
2.
Pour it into a container and smooth it, put it in the refrigerator to make a frozen milk cake (you can put it in the freezer room for a faster time) (if you are afraid of sticking the dish, you can apply some oil or put a plastic film underneath)
3.
Cut the ice cream into small long cubes
4.
Use 3/4 cup of water, a little salt and oil to make the self-raising powder into a crispy syrup. Dip the milk cake with the crispy syrup
5.
Fry over medium heat until the skin is golden, then drain and serve
