Fried Mochi

Cut the ingredients well and set aside.

Cut the meat into shreds.

Cut the mochi into 2cm*2cm particles, and then wrap the egg liquid (to prevent the mochi from sticking together).

Take a frying pan and fry the mochi in hot oil until soft.

In another pot, pour in the right amount of oil, pour in all the ingredients and stir fry, and finally add the fried mochi, cooking wine, salt and soy sauce. Finally, add a small amount of chicken essence to make it out of the pot.
