Fried Mountain Eggs with Leek

Pick and wash the leeks, and cut into sections.

Beat the eggs.

Pour oil in a non-stick pan, add eggs and fry until set and take out.

Add the leeks in a separate pot and stir fry.
5.
Add eggs and stir fry.
6.
Stir fry until the leeks are broken, add some salt and mix thoroughly.
Tips:
When scrambled eggs, you can fry them until they are solidified. When the fire is high, they will become old.
