This is a delicious and convenient vegetable pie, especially for breakfast.

Pastoral Vegetable Cake

1. Ingredients: carrots, potatoes, chives, mountain eggs, flour.

2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and beat them up.

3. Cut the chives.

4. Grate carrots and potatoes and add salt.

5. Stir well and marinate for 5 minutes to make a little juice.

6. Add all seasonings except peanut oil.

7. All the ingredients except peanut oil are put into the vegetables and mixed to form a paste.

8. Put oil in the pot to heat up.

9. Pour in the batter and spread evenly.

10. Cover the pot and fry on medium-low heat.

11. Fry both sides until golden and ready to be out of the pan.
