Tujia Yellow Flower Spicy Tofu

Ingredients: diced day lily (soaked softly), prepared tofu, dried chili, green onion, minced ginger, egg, and diced meat

Wash the tofu in brine, smash the tofu into a puree with disposable gloves, beat in the eggs, and add the chicken juice

Tips:
Lao tofu requires brine tofu, which is called Lao Doufu, or northern tofu and hard tofu cannot use soft tofu.
