Fried Niuhe

Soak the bean sprouts in water for a while to remove the bean husks.

Cut beef into thin slices.

Add appropriate amount of raw oil, salt, cornstarch and ginger and marinate for half an hour (beef will be tender)

Clean the bean sprouts.

Heat the pan and pour the oil into the bean sprouts and stir fry.

After the soybean sprouts are stir-fried until cooked, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste and serve (the soybeans must be fried)

Pour the right amount of oil into the pan and stir-fry the beef until the color changes.

Pour the oil into the pot and heat it up and stir-fry the pho.

When frying the noodles, use chopsticks to fry together (the noodles are not so easy to break) and then pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir fry.

Then pour the fried ingredients into the pot.

Add the green onion and stir well.

Finished product.
