Fried Noodles

You can choose the meat used to make fried sauce according to your taste, fatter pork belly, pork leg, or buttocks. However, it is not recommended that you use tenderloin to stir-fry the sauce because it tastes too chai.

It is not recommended that you use Haitian Soybean Paste to fry the fried sauce. Haitian Soybean Paste Stir-Fried Zhasa has a weird taste. The fried sauce made by mixing several kinds of sauces has a richer texture.

Mix 3 kinds of sauces together.

Put more vegetable oil on the bottom of the pot, sauté the pepper aniseed on a low heat and then remove the aniseed pepper and discard the bottom oil for later use.

Stir-fry the meat and add 10 g of soy sauce for a while and then add the sauce. After adding the sauce, stir-fry on low heat for about 2 minutes, not too long, and the heat should not be too high. The sauce will have a slight bitterness after being fried. There is no need to add salt when frying the sauce, because the salt in the sauce is already salty enough.

Prepare some shredded cucumber, radish and short bean sprouts. Or other vegetables you like.
