Fried Noodles

If you know how to roll noodles, you can make your own hand-rolled noodles. If you can’t go to the vegetable market to buy ready-made noodles, there are usually hand-rolled noodles. I’m lazy today and don’t want to roll it.

Wash the pork belly, soak up the water and cut into small cubes

Scallion, garlic, sliced ginger and minced

Heat a small amount of oil in the pan (because a part of the oil will be produced after the pork belly is stir-fried). Add minced ginger and then add the diced pork belly. Stir fry for a while, and then add green onions and garlic slices. ! Meat according to your own preferences. If you like to eat meat, you can put more meat if you don’t like it, then put less

Add the sliced garlic and green onion to fry until fragrant. Add Xiangqi sauce and spicy sauce. If you don’t like spicy food, don’t use spicy sauce. (Because children don’t like spicy food, I will add Xiangqi sauce and stir-fry for a while before serving. Come out and pour in your favorite spicy sauce)

Stir-fry on a low fire and fry it more for a while. It will be more flavorful. No need to add salt and other seasonings because the sauce is salty enough!

Shred the cucumber, carrot and beans, and blanch them in a pot (carrots and beans should be blanched and the beans should be boiled more or they will be poisoned). Cucumbers should not be blanched.

Finally, boil a pot of boiling water to cook the noodles. When the noodles are boiled, add some cold water circulation and add a few more times when the noodles are cooked. After the noodles are cooked, fish them in a spare basin of cold water to make them more gluten and not sticky!
