Fried Noodles

After kneading the dough, roll the dough into a pie shape, and then cut it into noodles as shown in the picture (the method of cutting noodles varies). This noodles are cut finely. When kneading the noodles, try to be harder and cut wider. It tastes good. Put the cut noodles into boiling hot water and cook, remove them and soak them in cold water.

Choose fresh cucumbers (forgive me for knives, cut them as thinly as possible)

Wash the mushrooms and cut into cubes (can be replaced with meat, fragrant)

Beat the eggs in the soybean paste in advance and add the right amount of water. Then heat the oil in the pan, add the diced mushrooms, add the beaten miso for about 30 seconds, and add the green onions when it comes out of the pan.
