Fried Noodles with Cauliflower and Matsutake

Add water to a boil in a pot, add the oil noodles to a boil.

After boiling, drain and put it in cold water.

Drain.

Put it in a bowl, add a few drops of cooking oil and mix well.

Wash the cauliflower and set aside.

Pour oil in a dry pan, add minced garlic and matsutake sauce and stir fry a few times.

Add the cauliflower and stir fry over medium heat until the vegetables are broken.
8.
Add the oil noodles and stir fry for about 3 minutes, add appropriate amount of pepper and light soy sauce and stir well before serving.
9.
Finished product.
