Fried Noodles with Egg Sausage

Boil the noodles in boiling water for 15 seconds. Quickly remove and drain, use chopsticks to pick up the heat, or rinse with cold water.

Heat oil in a pan, scramble the eggs, and serve.

Heat the pan with oil, stir fry the sausages for a while, and serve.

Boil the spinach in boiling water for 10 seconds, remove and set aside.

Heat the pan with oil, stir fry the noodles, eggs and sausages one by one, then add spinach before starting the pan.

Add salt and black pepper, stir fry evenly, turn off the heat.
Tips:
The ingredients for fried noodles are arbitrary, and what's fried in the refrigerator. The noodles and vegetables must be blanched for a short time, just roll them out.
