Fried Noodles with Eggs, Pork and Vegetables

Boil the thick noodles in boiling water until they are half cooked, remove them with a cold boil, and let them cool. Take care to scatter the noodles and don't let the noodles get knotted.

Shred pork tenderloin, add cooking wine and starch, mix well

Beat an egg into the pan, stir-fry and take it out for later use

Fry the shredded pork in the pan until cooked

Add egg and noodles to the fried shredded pork, and stir fry with oyster sauce and June fresh soy sauce

Add small green vegetables and stir-fry over high heat

After being cooked, put it on a plate and serve.
