Fried Noodles with Garlic Beef Tenderloin

1. Prepare the ingredients. The steak can be defrosted in the fresh-keeping layer one night in advance. Before frying, take it outside to room temperature and cut into shredded meat, shred green and red pepper, onion, and mince garlic.

2. Marinate the cut beef shredded and marinate for 10 minutes with the black pepper bag and garlic granules that come with the steak, or marinate the black pepper juice directly with salt.

3. This ramen noodles I use can be cooked for three minutes.

4. After being cooked, put it in cold water, and the noodles will taste stronger when they are fried for a while.

5. Heat oil in a pot, add green and red peppers and onion, stir fry until fragrant, then add shredded beef.

6. After the shredded beef is fried and discolored, put the ramen to control the moisture, quickly put in the seafood soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.
