Fried Noodles with Seafood

Wash dried shiitake mushrooms and soak in hot water, beat 2 eggs into egg liquid.

Wash the squid and cut into small pieces, and wash the swimming crab and cut into small pieces.

Wash the cabbage and cut into sections.

Soak the noodles in warm water to soften, drain and set aside.

Peel the ginger and garlic, wash and mince, wash the onion and cut into sections, wash and shred the red pepper.

Wash the pork belly and cut into small pieces. After soaking the dried shiitake mushrooms, wash and cut into small pieces.

Take a small bowl, add 25g light soy sauce, 10g cooking wine, 6g oyster sauce, 5g chicken essence, 3g white sugar, stir evenly and make a sauce for later use.

Put a bowl of water in the pot to boil, add the squid to blanch until cooked, blanch it, rinse and drain for later use.

Put a little oil in the pan, pour the egg mixture and fry until cooked, put it out and set aside.

Put a little oil in a hot pan, fry the swimming crabs, fry them and serve.

Put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the pork belly to get the oil.

Stir-fry, add minced ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add 1g of salt and stir fry evenly.

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry for 1 minute.

Add cabbage and red pepper shreds and stir fry.

Pour in the swimming crab and squid and stir fry for 1 minute.

Pour the soaked noodles and stir fry, then add the boiled eggs and stir fry.

Pour in the prepared sauce and stir fry for 3 minutes.

Stir-fry, add the scallions and stir-fry evenly, then ready to be out of the pan

The delicious fried noodles are out of the pot.

Tips:
1. The squid should be blanched in advance, and the crab should be fried.
2. Drain the noodles immediately after soaking them in warm water. Do not soak them for a long time.
3. The noodles are a bit salty, so the sauce should not be too salty.
