Fried Noodles with Spicy Cabbage

A bowl of Korean spicy cabbage, cut into small pieces suitable for the mouth;

A small handful of vermicelli, soak in warm water in advance to soften;

50g pork belly, cut into thin slices; cut the onion, ginger, and garlic into slices;

Put oil in the pot, add the pork belly first after heating, stir fry until the meat slices change color and start to spit oil;

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant;

Add the spicy cabbage and continue to stir-fry until the soup turns red;

Add the vermicelli and stir-fry evenly;

Add a little soy sauce and stir fry evenly;

Add the right amount of hot water, not too much, depending on the state of the vermicelli: if the vermicelli is soft enough, you can add less water; if the vermicelli is quite hard, you can add more water and simmer for a while;

Stew until the vermicelli is cooked and soft, then turn off the heat;
11.
Sprinkle a few slices of green onion before serving.
