Fried Octopus

The hairtail is cleaned, cut into sections and placed in a clean basin.

Cut the green onion and ginger and set aside.
3.
Put the green onion and ginger into the fish, add cooking wine, soy sauce, and salt for 30 minutes.

Dip the marinated fish in a layer of flour.
5.
Dip another layer of egg liquid.
6.
Add the octopus to the pan and fry it over low heat.
7.
Fry until golden on both sides.
