Fried Octopus

Remove the gills and internal organs of the hairtail, wash and cut into sections, put in a large bowl, add all the seasonings, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Rinse the hairtail with a paper towel and dry it with a kitchen towel. Sprinkle with starch claws on a large plate, shake off the excess starch and set aside.

Take a deeper pot and pour half a pot of cooking oil to heat.
4.
Fry the fish until slightly yellow and remove. Heat the oil in the pot again, then add the octopus and re-fry until crispy, remove the oil and drain.
5.
Plate.
