Fried octopus is one of the most common methods of octopus. The fried octopus has a crispy outer skin, and the meat inside is very tender.

Tips:

1. The layer of white phosphorus on the hairtail does not need to be scraped off, I am used to removing it every time
2. I didn’t use egg liquid to paste it. I used flour and starch, so the fried crust is very crispy.
3. The washed hairtail must be marinated with salt before it will have a salty taste
