Fried Octopus

Remove the gills and internal organs of the hairtail, wash and cut into sections, put in a large bowl, add all the seasonings, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Rinse the hairtail and dry it with a kitchen paper towel. Sprinkle with starch claws on a large plate, shake off the excess starch and set aside.

Take a deeper pot and pour half a pot of cooking oil to heat.
4.
Fry the octopus until slightly yellow and remove it, heat the oil in the pan again, and fry the octopus again until it is crispy, remove the oil and drain.

Plate.
