Fried Octopus Balls with Carrots and Snow Peas

Ingredients: octopus balls.

Carrot slices.

Snow peas.

Cut the octopus balls into slices and set aside.

Pick and wash the snow peas, blanch them in boiling water with the carrot slices and remove them.

Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add chopped green onions and sauté.

Next, add the sliced octopus balls and stir fry.

Then, add the blanched snow peas and carrot slices, add some salt and MSG to taste and stir well.
