Hairtail is a common ingredient in marine fish, and its preparation method is simple. The "fried octopus" is a very traditional homemade delicacy. Fried Octopus Section

1. Remove the hairtail, remove the internal organs, and wash repeatedly

2. Cut it into sections

3. Add salt, cooking wine, green onion and ginger to marinate for 30 minutes, then sprinkle an appropriate amount of dry flour and mix well

4. Hot oil, add the octopus section to fry

Tips:

1. If you like a strong smell of burnt, you can also re-fry it once.
