Fried Octopus with Oyster Sauce and Chili

Wash the octopus.

Blanch water for later use.
3.
Wash the hot pepper and ginger.
4.
Cut the hot pepper and ginger well.
5.
Pick up the frying pan, saute the dried chilies, and stir-fry the octopus.
6.
After the octopus is fragrant, add shredded ginger and chili and stir fry together.
7.
When the pepper is almost broken, add cooking wine, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce to taste.
8.
Out of the pan.
