The favorite seafood spring onion pancake when eating Korean food is also delicious when you make it at home.

Seafood Onion Pancakes

1. Wash the small octopus, remove the prawns and peel off the shrimps.

2. Put it in boiling water and quickly scald it out.

3. Cut into small pieces.

4. Cut the green onions into 5cm sections.

5. Cut the red pepper into circles, omit it if it is hot.

6. Beat the eggs. The eggs I use are very small, if you have a large egg, put one, not too many.

7. Put the pancake powder and water in a basin and stir well.

8. Put on shallots

9. Put seafood on.

10. Heat the pan and add oil. Spread more on the bottom of the pan. Turn to low heat and spread the pancake batter evenly.

11. Sprinkle with egg wash.

12. Put red pepper rings.

13. Fry it and turn it over carefully. After turning it over, you can pour some oil along the side of the pan to make the fried cakes more crispy and fragrant.

14. Fry both sides until golden brown.

15. Make a dip according to your taste. I put light soy sauce, vinegar, chopped red and green peppers, chopped green onions, sesame oil and sesame seeds.

Tips:

Seafood should be selected according to your own situation, but the amount should not be too large, otherwise the cakes should not be shaped.
Korean pancake powder should be used, not only because the pancake powder has a good taste, but also because the pancake powder has a good taste. The salty and light taste of the pancake is just right. If you use plain flour, you need to season it yourself.
