Seafood Baked Rice

Remove the sludge from the prawns, cut the broccoli into small flowers, peel the octopus, clean the mussels, and cut the onion into your favorite shape.

Blanch the corn kernels, broccoli, small octopus, mussels, and clams separately, then pick them up and set aside. Marinate the shrimps with appropriate amount of pepper for a while.

Pour corn oil into the pan, heat it up, and stir-fry the rice.

Add corn kernels and egg liquid (1g of salt and pepper are added to the egg liquid to beat), fry until the egg liquid is collected and set aside.

Separate the frying pan and add butter.
