Fried Octopus with Salt and Pepper

Thaw the hairtail section, wash it, and cut it into a suitable short section for later use.

Coat the octopus segments with dry starch (wet starch paste will do).

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot to heat up, add the octopus section to medium heat and fry it.

Fry it on one side and then turn it on the other side.

Both sides are cooked and served and sprinkled with a suitable amount of salt.
6.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of ground black pepper.

It's edible.

Tips:
This frozen hairtail segment should be kept frozen and thawed in advance when making it. When frying, it can be wrapped in egg liquid or starch. The purpose is to prevent the octopus from being fried.
