Fried Octopus with Spicy Pepper

Remove the viscera of the octopus, wash and cut into small sections, add pepper and cooking wine.

Add salt and pepper to mix and marinate for more than 2 hours.

Add flour, starch and salt and pepper to mix well.

Use kitchen paper to absorb the water from the marinated hairtail.
6.
Dip a thin layer of mixed dry flour.
7.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the octopus over medium-low heat.
8.
Both sides are golden and ready to eat.
Tips:
Fry the hairtail until you don’t rush to turn it over, slowly fry it over a medium-low heat until one side is set, and then turn it over again, so as to ensure that the hairtail will not break and the meat will not fall apart
