Fried Octopus with Spicy Powder

Main and auxiliary ingredients: hairtail, spicy fried noodles

Beat the washed hairtail with a knife

Add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine

Stir evenly and marinate for 30 minutes

Dip the marinated octopus with spicy fried powder on both sides

Complete the spare one by one

Tips:
1. When pickling, you can also add appropriate amount of green onion and ginger to improve the flavor. The pickling time is flexible according to the size and thickness of the hairtail.
2. Use a medium and small fire when frying to prevent the surface from being fried and the inside is not cooked.
