Fried Oil Cake

1. Put sugar and oil into boiling water to dissolve;

Then add glutinous rice flour and mix well until the dough is smooth and wake up for half an hour;

Spread oil on the chopping board and divide the dough into multiple balls of about 40g;

Wrap a small bean paste ball into each dough, close it slowly, and squeeze it slightly;

Heat the oil to 180 degrees, put the cake in until the surface is golden and ready to be out of the pan
Tips:
TIPS:
1. The oil temperature is about 180, which is too high to allow late paste, and too low to stick to the bottom of the pot;
2. If you stick your hands during the operation, you can apply oil to your hands before proceeding;
3. If you like to eat traditional yellow rice noodles, you can replace them in the same proportion or partially;
4. After being out of the pan, it is better to dip it in soft sugar while it is hot.
