Fried Onion Rings

Remove the old skin of the yellow and white onions, wash them, and arrange them as shown in the picture.

Cut large circles. Leave some distance and don't cut too thin.

Add appropriate amount of salt and black pepper, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Dip the onion rings with starch first.

Dip the egg liquid again.
6.
Coated with breadcrumbs.

All made onion rings.

When the oil is 40% hot, add the onion rings and fry them until golden.

It can be eaten with some salt and pepper.
Tips:
The onions are fried in yellow and white, delicious and sweet. Don't cut the onion rings too thin, as they won't form when fried
