Meatloaf (meat Loaf)

Chop onion, ground beef and pork.

Chop the green peppers/red peppers, cut the celery to about 3 cm in length, and then combine them with the items in step 1.

Add egg, breadcrumbs, half of tomato sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning (optional). Make even with your hands.

Put it on the baking board or baking tray and shape it. Spread the remaining tomato sauce on the top.

Seal it with tin foil, put it in a preheated oven, and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. Remove the tin foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
6.
Take it out of the oven, let it sit for 30 minutes, and cut it open and ready to eat.
Tips:
Bread crumbs can be obtained by crushing the bread after drying it in the air for a few hours.
Dried cereal or corn flakes can also replace breadcrumbs.
You can add the amount of sugar you like.
