Fried Oyster

Wash and drain the oysters for later use

Wash and chop garlic
3.
Mix the scallions and drained oysters, add salt and sweet potato powder, and stir gently
4.
Heat the frying pan, pour the oysters and spread them out
5.
Flip gently and repeatedly to make the surface burnt
6.
Flip the dough a few times until the oysters are cooked, (you can also beat in the egg liquid and fry them together) and then dip them in sweet chili sauce or tomato sauce
