Fried Poached Beans with Shredded Pork

Wash the purse beans and tear off the old tendons on both sides when you break off the two ends

Cut into filaments and set aside

Garlic slices, pork shreds
4.
Heat oil in a pan, saute the garlic slices, and pour the pork shreds
5.
Add a little salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry until the color changes
6.
Pour the poached beans and stir fry with salt
7.
Stir-fry until soft and full of color, add a little light soy sauce, stir and serve.
Tips:
Poached beans need to be fully cooked before they can be eaten.
