Soil Fuling Qushi Decoction

Buy fresh bones and rinse them again, then put them in a pot of cold water and run the water again to remove the foam.

Fresh tuckahoe, red bean, poached bean.

Cut the Smilax glabra.

Put the diced soil fuling, bones, poached beans, and red azuki beans into a soup pot and bring to a boil.

Tips:
If you can't buy fresh Smilax glabra, you can substitute dried Smilax glabra.
