Fried Pork Skin Stew in A Pot

Ingredients: pork skin, white radish, fungus, fried tofu.

Soak the fungus; soak the fried pork skin in hot water for 10 minutes.

Cut white radish into large pieces; chop garlic sprouts.

Cut the fried tofu into triangles.

Saute half of the garlic sprouts in a frying pan.

Add the radish and stir fry.

Add fungus.

Add the soaked fried pork skin, add chili powder, light soy sauce to season, put an appropriate amount of water to boil on high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

When the radish can be pierced with chopsticks, add the fried tofu and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add salt, chicken bouillon, and sprinkle the remaining garlic sprouts to season.
