Fried Pork with Cold Potatoes

Cut the yellow pepper into circles with a top knife.

Cut the garlic leaves into small pieces.
3.
Peel and wash the cold potato, change the knife to cut diamond-shaped slices.

Cut lean meat into small pieces.
5.
Heat oil in a wok and fry the lean meat until it is broken.
6.
Pour in cold potato chips and stir fry.
7.
When cold potato chips are ripe, add yellow pepper and stir fry.

When the cold potato chips are mature, add salt and oyster sauce, stir well, add a little water and cook.
9.
Sprinkle garlic leaves and stir evenly.
