Fried Prawns with Asparagus

Prepare the ingredients, wash and set aside. The asparagus should be fresh and crispy. Today I am late to the market. The quality of the asparagus is average, so let’s just use it hahaha~

Peel the shrimp, put a little starch on the shrimp meat and grab a little bit of water.
