Fried Red Fruit

Wash the hawthorn and remove the pit

Put water and sugar in a pot to boil, cook until the sugar melts

Add hawthorn and small fruits, shake the pot easily, so that the hawthorn is dipped in sugar. To keep the shape, try not to use a spatula. Wait for the water to boil again and cook for two minutes to make the soup thick. Note that the fire can't be too big, the red fruits will be rotten and spattered.

Tips:
Hawthorn is divided into iron fruit and noodle fruit. Usually, iron fruit is more suitable for fried red fruit and will not rot. Tieguo is not easy to buy, and it's okay to use noodles.
