The first time I tasted this wide, flat noodle was when I was in Guangdong. I lived there for a few years and I fell in love with the taste. Now, this kind of noodle is also sold in the vegetable market in my hometown. I just buy some to relieve my greed, and every time I eat this, I feel like I'm back to the past.
