Fried Rice with Foie Gras

Prepare foie gras.

Dice foie gras. Put greased paper on the electric baking pan, put an appropriate amount of butter, and fry the foie gras on all sides. The foie gras is relatively soft and needs to be handled gently. Fry and serve.

Beat the eggs.

Chop the green onion, and dice carrots and cucumbers.

Put a little oil in the wok.

After the oil is hot, add the eggs and chopped green onion, and stir directly with chopsticks. Slightly colored and served.

Put the diced cucumber and diced carrot in the pot and stir-fry. After 7 minutes of cooking, add the eggs, rice and seasonings. Stir evenly over high heat and stir-fry until the rice grains are distinct.

Add the foie gras before serving, and turn it over twice.

If you don't like the taste of foie gras, it is not recommended to try it.
