Fried Rice with Mustard and Pork Floss

1. Wash the mustard

2. Chop mustard greens and garlic.

3. Heat the pan with oil, add the garlic to the oil! (The oil should not be too hot, the garlic should not be fried and browned)

4. Add the garlic to the cut mustard greens, stir fry, add chicken essence and salt. (Salt can be added more)

5. Stir-fry and pour the rice evenly!

6. Stir-fry the rice!

7. Pour an appropriate amount of pork floss into the fried rice and mix evenly!

8. Pour shredded pork into the bottom of the bowl!

9. Pour the fried rice into a bowl and compact it with a spoon!

10. Delicious!

Tips:

The garlic can't be burnt, the mustard greens are quickly stir-fried and poured into the rice! The whole process should be fast, otherwise the mustard greens will be fried yellow, not bright green!
