Mushroom and Quail Egg Vegetable Soup

Put the quail eggs in the pot, add appropriate amount of water to cook

Boiled quail eggs peeled and set aside

Wash mustard greens and cut into small pieces

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut into small pieces

Add appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the milk pot to heat

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry until fragrant

Pour the broth or boiling water

After the soup is boiled, add the mustard segments and continue to cook for 3 or 4 minutes

Mustard greens can also be replaced with other greens.
