Fried Rice with Toon and Scallops

1. Toon buds

2. Remove the old part of the roots and wash

3. Boil water in a pot

4. Fish out and cut into small pieces for later use

5. Soak scallops with cooking wine

6. Use the back of a knife to press the scallops into silk

7. Raise the frying pan to fry the scallops and remove them for later use

8. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the toon buds and stir

9. Add rice

10. Stir-fry evenly and add some salt to taste

11. Add scallops and stir well

12. Add a spoon of XO sauce to the pot, mix well when you eat

Tips:

The fried rice should be seasoned as lightly as possible, because XO sauce is also added
