Fried Rice with Two Eggs

If the two eggs are steamed first

Shell out the egg yolk and crush
3.
Egg white diced
4.
Put edible oil in the pot, add egg yolk and stir fry until fragrant

Add two bowls of rice and stir well
6.
Add the egg whites and stir-fry evenly out of the pot
Tips:
1. It is really brighter in color when only fried with soil eggs. The salted duck eggs may taste a bit like egg yolk pumpkin rustle.
2. For those with heavy taste, add some salt as appropriate. Of course, this depends on the taste of the salted duck eggs.
3. The rice is best to be served overnight. The rice that I used in the morning is a bit too soft and too wet. It is better overnight.
