Whole Wheat Toast (soup Type)

Add milk~salt~sugar~eggs~soup type~butter~high-gluten flour~whole wheat flour~yeast (dig a hole in the middle of the flour to put yeast), bread machine selects the dough program (my bread machine dough program 48 Minutes include 28 minutes for mixing dough and 20 minutes for fermentation) Turn off the machine in the last few minutes of the dough process and let the dough continue to rise

Divide the dough into three equal parts, wrap in plastic wrap and wake up for 15 minutes

Put it in the oven, put a bowl of hot water under the oven, select the fermentation program for 40 minutes, and bake when it is 80% full, and choose 165 degrees for 35 minutes.
