Fried River Prawns

Ingredients: river prawns

Clean the shrimp, add cooking wine, white pepper and salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Tips:
The shrimp should be marinated before making it. If you want the shrimp to be crispy and delicious, re-fry it. The oil temperature of the second frying is higher than the oil temperature of the first frying.
