Fried River Prawns

Ingredients: river prawns.

Clean the shrimp, add cooking wine, white pepper and salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Marinated river prawns.

Pour edible oil into the pot. When the oil is 50% hot, add prawns and fry.

When the prawns are close to maturity, remove them and turn on a large fire to warm the oil.
6.
Re-fried the shrimps, remove them for about 30 seconds, and serve.

Tips:
The shrimp should be marinated before making it. If you want the shrimp to be crispy and delicious, re-fry it. The oil temperature of the second frying is higher than the oil temperature of the first frying.
