I remember that when I was young, river prawns were very common on our side, and they were not worth a lot of money. Now I don’t know why, it’s hard to come across river prawns in the vegetable market, and the price is also expensive! But river prawns are delicious, nutritious, high in protein and low in fat, I still like it!

Fried River Prawns

1. Wash the river prawns, then cut off the long beards on both sides

2. Add cooking wine to marinate

3. Add oil to the pot, add ginger garlic chili and stir fry until fragrant

4. Then pour into the river prawns and stir fry

5. After frying and coloring, add the green onions and stir fry together

6. Add salt and pepper to taste

7. Finally, stir-fry evenly and then it can be out of the pot

Tips:

The prawn itself tastes very fresh, so there is no need to put MSG!
