You card fried food has always made me forget. Although it is delicious, too much oil is not good for health. This time I added an air fryer at home. I will try the effect immediately. The delicious fried sardine steaks are fried with air. You don't need to put a drop of oil in the pot!

Fried Sardine Steak (air Fryer Version)

1. Prepare the ingredients, use the fish fillet part of the sardine, cut into strips, and shred the ginger.

2. Add cooking wine, salt, pepper, and ginger, mix well and marinate for 1 hour.

3. Wrap the fried powder, add water and eggs.

4. Stir evenly to form a fine paste.

5. Dip the marinated fish into the deep-fried paste and dip it in dry frying powder.

6. After all the powder is covered, place it in the air fryer pan.

7. Press the menu and select the "Fish" function.

8. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

9. When the time is over, just take it out with the picking folder and eat it. Dip it with black pepper sauce and it will be more delicious!

Tips:

Sardines are frozen foods and must be kept in the refrigerator when marinated.
You don't need to dip too much in the fried dry powder, otherwise it will not taste good when baked.
