I’m not very good at seafood cooking. I usually fry in addition to steaming, so I’m going to fry some sardines today.

Pan Fried Sardines

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash the sardines, remove the scales and internal organs, and shred the ginger and pepper

2. Marinate the sardines with shredded ginger and chili, pepper and chili powder, and a teaspoon of salt for ten minutes

3. Spread a layer of starch on the surface of the marinated sardines, add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan, and when it is heated to 50 to 60%, add the sardines and fry on medium-high heat until the surface is golden

4. When frying the fish, don’t turn it over too early. Turn it over when one side is mature and has a golden and slightly harder shell. Fry the other side until golden.

5. Sprinkle a spoonful of cooking wine before starting the pot to remove the fishy
