Fried Sauerkraut with Pork Lees

The pork tongue is boiled in boiling water.

Scrape the white film on the tongue with a knife, cut into thin slices, add beer, salt, chicken essence, egg white, cornstarch, baking soda and marinate evenly for preparation.

The marinated pork tongue is pulled through the oil and beaten up.

Slice the sauerkraut with an oblique knife, soak in water and set aside.

Heat the pan with oil, stir fry the green onion, ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant.

Stir-fry pork tongue and sauerkraut, seasoning.
